D. Larry Crumbley, PhD, CPA, North Carolina; CRFAC; CFF; MAFF; FCPA; Professor of Accounting at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi - RELLIS Campus, College Station, Texas; Emeritus Professor, Louisiana State University; helped create and was editor of the Journal of Forensic Accounting from 1999 to 2008; Editor over 40 years of the Oil, Gas & Energy Quarterly. He has published more than 60 books and 350 articles; author of 13 educational novels, some under the pen name of Iris Weil Collett. He organized the new Forensic and Investigative Accounting section of the AAA, and he chaired the Teaching & Curriculum AAA section (2007-2008). Professor Crumbley created and was the first president of the American Taxation Association. Dr. Crumbley received the Society of Louisiana CPA Lifetime Achievement in Accounting Education Award in 2007, the 2010 Federation of Business Disciplines Outstanding Educator Award, Southwest Region, AAA, and a Lifetime Achievement award from the Forensic Accounting section of AAA. Dr. Crumbley was named by NACVA in 2016 as one of only 24 Pioneers of the Profession in their Industry Titans—The Financial Consulting Profession's Most Influential.

Dr. Christine Crawford-Cheng is an Assistant Professor in the Patterson School of Accountancy. Christine earned her PhD from The Pennsylvania State University in 2011 and has published articles and conducts research in areas of interest for academics, educators, and practitioners.
Edmund D. Fenton, Jr. DBA, CPA, CMA, CRFAC, CFF, is Haile/USBank Professor of Accounting in the Department of Accounting and Business Law at Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, Kentucky. Dr. Fenton received his DBA degree in accounting and taxation from the University of Kentucky, and his M.B.A. from Murray State University. He has published numerous taxation and forensic accounting articles in such periodicals as the Journal of Accountancy, Journal of Forensic & Investigative Accounting, The Tax Adviser, Taxes – The Tax Magazine, Oil Gas & Energy Quarterly, The Ohio CPA Journal, and the ABA Journal. He has written chapters in several professional resource books, including Handbook of Financial Management for Banks and The Handbook of Estate Planning. He is also a co-author of The Big R: A Forensic Accounting Action Adventure, and has testified as an expert witness in business damage cases.

Dr. Cindy Durtschi earned her PhD in Accounting from the University of Arizona, and is an Associate Professor at DePaul University. Her research appears in the Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, Journal of Forensic Accounting, Issues in Accounting Education as well as other accounting and finance journals. She has received numerous teaching awards including the Gus Economos Distinguished Teaching Award from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and the American Accounting Association Innovation in Audit Education Award for her published case in forensic accounting, “The Tallahassee BeanCounters: A Problem-Based Learning Case in Forensic Auditing.” Dr. Durtschi is currently on the editorial boards for the Journal of Forensic Accounting Research. Issues in Accounting Education, and Journal of Accounting and Free Enterprise.

He joined the College after receiving his doctorate from the University of Southern California. Previously, he worked as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in Detroit. He continues to be a Co-Chair for the Annual Corporate Governance Workshop, European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management, Brussels, Belgium, since its inception in 2004. He will soon have published 150 research papers and business cases in academic journals and has given numerous national and international presentations, more recently in Brussels, Abu Dhabi, Moscow, Lisbon, Dijon, and Venice.
