Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®)—Determine, Defend, and Maximize Company Value®

The Valuation Credentialing Board (VCB) does not require, accredit, approve, endorse, or recommend any education or training programs and/or products designed or intended to prepare candidates for CVA certification. The VCB has no involvement in the development or delivery of such programs or products. 

NACVA’s Certified Valuation Analyst® (CVA®) designation is the only valuation credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies® (NCCA®), the accreditation body of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence™ (ICE™), and the ANSI National Accreditation Board® (ANAB®).

MAFF CredentialDue to increased regulation and regulatory enforcement, an increasing number of financial crimes, and a record number of bankruptcies and corporate restructurings, the demand for financial litigation and forensic accounting services is set to soar. The Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) is designed to help CPAs and other financial service professionals obtain the necessary training, certification, and credibility so they can grow and thrive in these. Qualifications for the MAFF | Apply for the MAFF Designation

Master Analyst in Financial Forensics® (MAFF®)
The MAFF credential makes the statement that when it comes to financial forensics, you are the “Master” of the field. 

The Litigation Forensics Board (LFB) does not require, accredit, approve, endorse, or recommend any education or training programs and/or products designed or intended to prepare candidates for MAFF certification. The LFB has no involvement in the development or delivery of such programs or products. 

NACVA’s Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) designation is the the only financial forensics credential accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies® (NCCA®).

CBECCertified Business Exit Consultant® (CBEC®)
The Certified Business Exit Consultant (CBEC) training, offered through The International Exit Planning Association (IEPA) , is designed to both educate and put advisors in the business of exit planning for privately held business owners. This program utilizes a proprietary, six-step exit planning process that is applicable to any financial analysts advising business owners. This six-step process has stood the test of time, resulting in simplifying a complex process to help advisors more consistently and more effectively communicate with owners on this critical topic of discussion and formal engagement.

CVGACertified Value Growth Advisor® (CVGA®)
The Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA) credentialing program focuses on the fundamental best practices of any business across the eight primary functional categories that drive the creation of business value and how advisors can become the “Engagement Quarterback” to their clients. Various subject matter experts present modules on each of the eight primary categories, along with special modules on corporate finance, strategic planning, business development, and engagement management. A live case study ties the program together and an online exam completes it.
